# Error Clicks and Thrashed Cursor

Our browser analytics SDK version 2.40.0 captures two new frustration interactions: error clicks and thrashed cursor, helping surface user frustration signals to better understand friction points.

## What it is

**Description:** Amplitude's browser SDK now captures two new frustration signals — error clicks and thrashed cursor — so you can surface friction points in your app without any custom instrumentation.

- Thrashed cursor — triggered when a user rapidly and erratically moves their cursor, indicating frustration
- Error click — triggered when a clickable element is followed by a console error or uncaught exception within 2 seconds, capturing the error name and stack trace for faster diagnosis

**Where:** Access via Data → Settings → Autocapture. **When:** Available now on all plans as of browser SDK version 2.40.0.
